What you get

  • An MFN icon on your home screen, Dock, or Start menu, and its own window with no browser bars.
  • Long-press the icon for shortcuts: Log a workout, Feed, Messages.
  • Updates arrive on their own the next time you open it. There is nothing to reinstall, ever.
  • Removing it is the same as any app: long-press or right-click the icon and choose uninstall.
